Training Resources, LLC often finds a software plug-in that fulfils a particular workflow need. Since we use these products regularly, our trainings provide knowledge of the best use and practices in real workflow situations.

 

One such plug-in is Enfocus PitStop. It nestles unobtrusively into Adobe® Acrobat® to preflight and provide for late stage editing of PDF files.

 

Another plug-in is Q2ID. It is used with InDesign® CS2. No training is required to work with this plug-in. Once installed, it simply opens and converts a Quark document into an InDesign document – there is no real interaction. Without the plug-in, InDesign will only open Quark 4 documents. But with Q2ID installed, all versions of Quark documents, up to version 6.5, open seamlessly.
